CV shortlist + PI (I applied to the organization.CV was shortlisted. The process was online keeping in lieu the work from home scenes. We were around10 camdidates whose CV were shortlisted for the position. When of us were left, the organisation informed us that they can't take the further process keeping in lieu it was1pm and they made us wait since 9a.m in the morning. And later 3 of us were told that they might confuct the process in upcoming days. Now, it has-been more than a month to the same and there has been no communication by the organisation. PS: after a day, we came to know that they had already selected one candidate for the profile. Respect that the organization had hired someone but what about the remaining. There were just 3 candidates left. How come you judge someone's capability on basis of the fact that you have got one keeping in lieu that you are making them wait since morning. And now these type of organisation consider themself as EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER. Big shoutout to the organization for demonstrating their so called values or the employers who are taking down the organisation name.
