3 stages of interviews - HR, Manager and line manager.
It looked that they look for someone, who will be sitting doing long hours at the Client side. By doing I understand sitting and meeting people. Qualification questions were not asked and most of these were just motivation related ones, where they expect to overrate your skills using top notch consultancy talk.
Do not expect anything technical or business specific questions - they do not have any idea about that. Serious look & bulls* skills is all you need.
Quite good and knowledgeable people working out there. My interviewer was polite and was a good listener and made understand about the question he was asking and the answer he expected.
Good interview nice experience covered all the topics alomost answered all related to migration perspective, S4 hana migration projects will be better for career wise to grow going forward hana place a major role for the migration
