They mostly look for candidate who are willing to stay with Genpact..If you have changed jobs frequently be ready to explain why you did so

Just past work experience hr decision only. If you have 8 years of relevant experience but still they look for b.com graduates. They won't consider relevant experience if you are not from B.com background. They ask us to wait for next opportunity.

There are two rounds of interview it was very basic and simple interview although after selecting getting the offer is bit lengthy process and till onboarding it takes a month
