Online interview went for half hour with project manager. Simple STAR questions. Technical knowledge around risks and control assessment was required. Some more difficult questions about risk framework.
Only lasted 30 minutes and found out a week after of the result

Risk framework, control framework, past experience with financial institutions if any. If no experience... explain how your experience is relevant and how you would tackle certain client issues. Enforceable undertaking for big 4 bank

Just past work experience hr decision only. If you have 8 years of relevant experience but still they look for b.com graduates. They won't consider relevant experience if you are not from B.com background. They ask us to wait for next opportunity.
