Gensler Design Resource Lead interview questions

I initially applied online. I didn't hear back right away, so I started networking. I knew several people that worked there as well as many people that were also working with them on projects. After a colleague referral I was called to come to the interview. Interview process was very simple. The interview was held by Design Director and Associate Designer.
