Applied through the online application. A couple of weeks later, I was invited for an in-person interview to discuss my portfolio and career goals. The interview was very friendly and conducted by job captains with at least 5 years experience with the company.

Asked to talk about my portfolio and design prompt which involved designing some things. It was very reminiscent of a final review which I've had experience with but also gives me anxiety

The interviewers were very nice and friendly. They started the conversation by asking about the school and then asked me to tell them what I wanted them to know, so I went through my portfolio and they commented on every project, and discussed them. Then I asked them about working at Gensler and what the job is going to be like and what type of a work culture are they trying to maintain at the firm.
