The interview process was 3 steps, the last being the regional head. The first two interviews went very well, however the last interview I could clearly tell that the role didn't even seem to be available.

very ambiguious. little clarity on the role and scope of work. allied aspects are discussed more than core work areas. painstakingly long and delirious process. you are passing through different talent acquisition partners before speaking to the main team.

Interview
I was interviewed by two people (both Studio Directors) over the course of an hour. They started by introducing themselves, which led to a very inviting and enjoyable discussion. Both were very open about answering questions and talking about their current projects and project needs.
