I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Gensler (Los Angeles, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
I applied to multiple Gensler locations and was contacted by HR from the Los Angeles office for an interview. The interview was less than 48 hours later with 2 employees of the LA office via Skype. The interview was a majority of me going through my portfolio in depth and them asking questions about my previous internship experience at the end. Interview lasted about 45 minutes. I heard back 3 weeks later with an offer letter. Very easy and quick process.

Question 1
Did the client like designs you did? If not, how that handled? (Referring to previous internship)
overall is good, sharing works and behavior questions to be asked. Average difficulty but they have so many candidates to review, so it's hard to stand out. But it is worth trying as they have great clients.

I had one interview with two team members and was offered an internship shortly after. It was a great experience from start to finish. I especially enjoyed the welcoming atmosphere, collaborative culture, and creative energy of the Detroit office—it really affirmed my interest in working in a dynamic design environment.
