I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gensler (Houston, TX)
Interview
Two phone interviews with the same principles, since I was out of the country at the time. They asked me to come back early to get the employment process going and to get me in the office. Came into the office when I got back to negotiate salary and see the studios. The next day I got a rejection email with out a phone call. Too this day, I haven't received an answer as to why. Very, very unprofessional

Typical questions...just make sure you research them and know your facts
During the Gensler prescreen, the recruiter primarily confirmed my basic information, including my current location, graduation date, visa status, and whether I would require company support for OPT or other work authorization.
They also asked about my interest in the position I applied for, my openness to other related roles, and my potential start date.
The prescreen did not cover my portfolio or technical skills; it mainly focused on gathering background information to determine whether to move forward to the next stage of interviews.

Interview
Good, was with a few members of an architecture studio, went well. Went over portfolio and past experiences and got to know each other. It was about 1 hour long. It was in person in the office -- a huddle room.
