It was a three step interview process beginning with a short conversation with the recruitment lead then 2 senior level managers at the studio. It was basically a 2 way discussion very comfortable.
Online interview followed by the sending additional work samples via email. A follow up never took place, they weeks passed and I had to reach out several times. I was not even contacted to inform me that the position was taken.
