Gilead Sciences Sr. Manager interview questions

I interviewed with Gilead Sciences for an IT Senior Manager position. Recruiter photo screen followed by a phone interview with the hiring manager, then a one day onsite interview at Foster City with your manager, team members, your manager's peers and some business stakeholders. The recruiter asked me to provide references the day after the interview, and they gave me an offer within a week. The entire process took about 4-5 weeks. Interview questions were not particular difficult. Mostly they want to make sure you are a good fit for the company and have the technical and leadership competencies to be successful at the job. I would strongly recommend to do your research and understand Gilead as a company even it's not a research position. Overall, Gilead is very organized and I feel they spend a good amount of energy to find the right candidate.
