Multiple interviews w/ppl that didn't even have an idea of what the job was.Job description changed halfway through the process and became 4 jobs roled into one. Red flag right there. The pay was around 60,000K and required a lot of driving quarterly which I'm guessing would not get compensated. Kind of sad considering this organization is about uplifting girls and helping them find their worth and then they're turning around and doing the opposite to the women they hire.

Average questions and they seemed to have asked me to come in after they had made a decision about someone else before my interview. The interviewer was very checked out and also late to the interview. Really wished they would've just told me they found someone else before I drove to come in. Seemed very disorganized at every level.
Talk with people about my skills, asked basic project management, office skills, volunteer management questions. It had 2 people interview, then a 2nd interview with 7-9 people and a coffee chat.
