Standard. Asked about resume, sales process, deal size, etc. Recruiter acted bored to be on the call. Had zero knowledge of the sales team and its dynamics. Just reading a script. Knew I would not be advancing by the middle of the call. Oil and water. Not sure if this recruiter is the voice Gladly wants to be the first touchpoint with candidates? Bad gatekeepers can ruin a good company.
