Very involved interview process. Up to 7 sessions.
Initial Recruiter checkpoint then a 1 hour coding assessment. If you pass the code assessment, you meet with the hiring managed to discuss the position and your experience. If that goes well, you get 4 calendar invites:
A system design session
A Product Demo Interview
A Past-Project Presentation
and a presentation about yourself.
These were scheduled over two days.
System Design was to design a URL shortener. My feedback was I did not get enough explanation or content, with other shortcoming. Fair enough.
Product Demo felt like a Free Idea sessions for them.
I spent time developing the presentations over the weekend of the other two session, but they did a checkpoint after the first two and decided not to move forward and I did the presentations for nothing.
Silver lining is I didn't need to present them if I was getting an offer but they could have scheduled those one I completed the first two
