The interview process was pretty comprehensive. It ocat least a 3 part interview. The first round is behavioral questions, the second round you complete a homework assignment. Did not make it past the second round.

Interview
I had a phone screen with the hiring manager. I then had multiple video virtual interviews with several members of the team I was interviewing for. I also completed two assignments based on the type of work I'd be doing. I knew the salary, vacation time, and start date in advance for the fellowship role, so there was no negotiation.
