Written application with several questions, followed by short phone interview with hiring manager, written case assignment, panel interview with team, and then an interview to assess for GlobalGiving values. It was a really extensive and lengthy process. The offer process was a written 'verbal' offer followed by background check that included a second references check (2x references check) and then a written offer.
