After first technical round HR told me that it is cleared, next round will be client round, I waited for 2 weeks no response from HR, I e-mailed HR, he said client now need some less experience peoples, you are no longer required. Absolutely worst experience I ever had, if you are looking for less experience guys then what is the point engaging someone with higher experience. HR should note that when someone is interested for job change and agrees for interview, there is a hope, not only for him but for entire family. This should be corrected.
