There was a two part interview: a first preliminary general HR interview and a second technical one with two designers. While the set tone was relaxed and friendly the questions were fairly well-chosen and even a live simulation of a design solution presentation to a potential stakeholder (I could select any preferred project from my portfolio).

First, there is an interview call, then a design assignment, then a review session for the assignment, discussion. Post this there is a discussion with the lead and the HR head.
