Interview
The first round of my interview was technical, with straightforward and clear questions. The second round with the Senior Product Owner was pleasant, as the interviewer was friendly and well-prepared. However, the final managerial round was a complete disappointment. The interviewers seemed utterly clueless about the role they were hiring for and didn’t even know the basic questions to ask. It was baffling how disorganized they were, expecting the Product Owner to not only perform full-stack coding but also handle Scrum Master duties and possess deep technical expertise—completely misaligned with the core responsibilities of a Product Owner.
Their lack of preparation and understanding was frustrating, to say the least. It felt like they were trying to shift all the work onto one person, without a clear structure or proper division of roles. This kind of managerial incompetence is disheartening, and I sincerely hope they reconsider their approach in the future. It was not just unprofessional but also a waste of time and energy—truly one of the worst managerial experiences I’ve ever had.

Interviewed for a Product Owner role in the Healthcare domain at GlobalLogic. The technical interview process was well-structured, with two technical rounds and a managerial round focused on Product Ownership and US Healthcare experience. After clearing all rounds, I was asked to submit a case study, which I completed and shared promptly, following which I was shortlisted for HR discussions. However, despite having discussed my salary expectations upfront and being told the budget was around my last drawn salary, I was eventually offered less than my previous compensation. After requesting at least a match to my last drawn salary, I was informed that management would review it, but since then the process has remained open while other candidates are being evaluated. While the interview experience itself was positive, the lack of closure and prolonged uncertainty after significant effort was disappointing. Candidates' time, transparency, and commitment should be valued throughout the hiring process.

Interview was schedule in 1 week after the screening call from the recruiter. The Company recruiter reached out and schedule first round of interview after 1 week and the feedback was shared after 2 days of interview was done.

What are the requirement gathering techniques you use?
You have to design a portal where a use can login and upload their health related document such as lab reports, Electronics Prescription etc. Provide the Workflow from the Epic level
Panel was very much experienced and were judging the approach with which we addressed problem.
2 rounds each took at least 45 mins of interaction .Prepare the technical definitions even though you might feel they are of no use in practical world.
