The interview process is quite simple.
Earlier one has to undergo 4 rounds but now they have reduced it to three.
It start with JAM session then one written test and the interview

The interview was simple and they checked your communication skills only
You must know a bit fluency in english and just answer the questions honestly but smartly
Interview process will test your proficiency in English they will check how fluent you are in communication and the way you handle the challenges they will check how fluently you can answer and also will test you with puzzle questions.
