Interview
1) HR Screening
The HR screening process was smooth and supportive. The HR representative provided clear communication about the interview process and was helpful throughout.
Coding Test
2) The coding test included 10 Python MCQs, 5 SQL MCQs, 2 SQL coding questions, and 2 Python coding questions. The test was well-structured and allowed me to demonstrate my skills effectively.
3) Technical Interview with Mr. Abin
*Unfortunately, the technical interview was a disappointing experience. Although the scheduled duration was one hour, Mr. Abin arrived 30 minutes late, significantly reducing the time for the interview.
*There was minimal interaction, as Mr. Abin seemed more focused on setting up his laptop than engaging with me. His behavior appeared dismissive and rude, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.
* No support was provided during the interview, and it felt as though Mr. Abin had no genuine interest in conducting the interview or evaluating my abilities. If the technical panel is not interested in selecting a candidate for the role, there is little value in conducting such an interview. It only reflects poorly on the company’s interview process and can discourage potential talent.
I suggest ensuring that technical interviewers are punctual, professional, and engaged with candidates to reflect the company's commitment to a fair and meaningful hiring process.

Interview
I had 2 screening rounds for the Cloud Engineer profile.
Virtual Screening Round – completed first.
F2F HLD / Resume-Based Round – conducted at the Nagpur office.
The process was initially virtual, and I was processed for the Cloud Engineer profile. I had to follow up/push to get the next round scheduled.
The interview process usually has several stages. First, there is an HR interview where they ask about your experience and motivation. Then, there can be a technical interview with questions about your skills. In tech jobs, you may also have live coding or a practical task. Finally, they discuss salary and next steps.
