2 Levels of interviews. There were 2 interviews with Team Leaders, so that would be 2 Pairs of interviewers. I was interviewed by my direct Team leaders and team leaders from the team that would work closely with. Then the final round was with Managing Director, this level was more for them to have a feel if your temperament would be a good fit with the team.

Again, it was more on character understanding if youre of the temperament that theyre looking for. So questions were more of how you would handle different situations.

Fairly straight forward, commercial awareness questions and technical questions.
Three rounds of 30-minute back-to-back interviews. You then interview with the rest of the team and leadership. In total around 8 interviews.

Interview
Applied through GS website. Received an invitation for an interview after about a week. Then I had an interview with 2 VPs, followed by a Superday (3 back to back interviews) with 6 VPs. Next, it was another interview with one more VP. Lastly, an onboarding "interview" with a recruiter to negotiate salary and talk about the next steps. Overall, a fairly lengthy interview process but none of the interviews were difficult. From the time of application to the final interview it probably took a month to a month and a half.
