      I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Goodyear (Akron, OH) in Aug 2018

      Interview

      Met recruiters on campus. Interviewed with campus recruiters for 30 minutes. Second round of interviews were held at headquarters in Akron. Interviewed with four individuals for a during of 30-45 minutes. All questions are situational and is best if answers are structured under the 'STAR' format
