Interview
The process starts with a call from the recruitment team, followed by a Skype type interview where they basically ask the same questions as the call, just ask to get to know you a little better and your background. After that they invite you to their company headquarters in Westlake, where you learn about the company and you shadow people in that area you are interviewing for. You are then interviewed by three different people, a team lead, manager, and managing director or something like that. They ask you more about your background and some behavior questions. This is about a 3 hour process. BUT I will say, some things I noticed and really important before you consider taking this job, if you even get an offer. I was more qualified and had more experience than the other people interviewing for the role, some never worked in the insurance industry or even had a clue about insurance, but they were all either in a Fraternity or Sorority. And that seemed to be the trend/type of environment there. So don’t even bother applying if you don’t know anyone there, or were involved in Greek life during college. Prejudice at its finest. Don’t work for this company.

The final interview was quick. It was difficult to interview virtually. The first interviewer asked if I had any questions without beginning the interview process, which caught me off guard. He was also 15 minutes late which freaked me out because I thought some thing was wrong on my end.
