I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Goosehead Insurance (Fort Worth, TX) in Jan 2022
Interview
It was a sort of long process, a recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, then they called and did a very brief explanation of the company and the role being offered and ask if you are still interested. After they set up a short interview on the phone asking more about your past employment and skills if it goes well then they will have you fill out an application and sign an NDA form. You will have to sit through a presentation of the company, and they will sort of telling you some benefits and perks but it seems they really want to sell you on the job even though you applied for it for a reason. After you have 2 webcam interviews. the interviewers were nice enough but again they really want to make it a point to tell you that the job is very fast-paced and the hours are a bit unpredictable. No small talk just straight to their questions, reasons for leaving, and general "Tell me a time when" questions.

The final interview was quick. It was difficult to interview virtually. The first interviewer asked if I had any questions without beginning the interview process, which caught me off guard. He was also 15 minutes late which freaked me out because I thought some thing was wrong on my end.
