I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Goosehead Insurance (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
It was a pretty smooth and straight forward process. I was reached out to by a recruiter named Jennifer and she had 2 interviews with me before moving me on to the final interview process. Jennifer gave me a ton of information, but not information overload and really made sure I knew what I was getting myself into before saying yes to the final interview. The final interview was an hour presentation on the company and the role and then 2 30 minute interviews with the hiring managers. They let you know within 24 hours whether or not you got the job.
