I applied online and had two interviews. I was told they would reach out within a day or two via email with next steps. After three weeks, I was ghosted and never heard back. I sent two follow-up emails to the recruiter but I never got a response either. It's very unprofessional, and I felt my time was wasted. An automated email saying they moved on would have made this with experience Greenlight much different. The interview itself felt unfocused. They talked a lot about how Greenlight had "billion dollar venture capital investors" and how they're doubling their headcount by the end of the year. With all the bragging, it reads as unfocused; as if they're unclear on what they're looking for in candidates/people.
