I applied through their website. The following day I received two assessments, this was on a Friday. The following Monday I scheduled a phone interview for that Tuesday, it went well, basic interview questions, the hiring team made it very comfortable to answer questions without feeling pressured. I received an email to do a proctored assessment that Thursday, this was a little more pressure. I took the same assessment, they observed as I took the test, I assume to make sure there was no cheating. I was told I would be contacted with either decision they decided to make from there. A few hours later I received a call asking me to come to the office for an in person interview the next Monday. The team was very open and inviting. The room was comfortable, with little pressure. I interviewed in front of the department manager, as well as who would be my direct manager. They gave description of the job, benefits and perks of working for the company followed by basic interview questions. Everything went smoothly, they were very very very easy to talk to and up front about all of the details of the position I applied for. The following day they extended an offer through phone and email, I will be completing the background check and drug screen over the next few day with a start date of the 10th. The entire process has taken about two weeks. This was a very low pressured positive experience for me.

I previously applied a few months ago and after the phone interview and skype interview ,which consisted of two tests, I received an email saying they chose someone with more experience. I applied to another position a few weeks ago and received a phone interview and a face to face interview. They'll be contacting me sometime this week to know whether or not I got it. Fingers crossed
