I got contacted to first take an online assessment. The assessment was a combination of vocab, math, and pattern matching (not related at all to software, but they say everyone has to take this). Then I had a phone screen with their recruiter. After that, I was required to take the assessment again but it had to be proctored. I then had another call scheduled with the recruiter and they set up a phone interview with the hiring team. I had the phone interview and then they sent me a coding challenge with five days to complete it. I sent in the coding challenge and then I was asked to come in for a face-to-face interview with the hiring team. They reviewed my code, asked me some question about how I would improve it, and asked me some general CS questions. There were some behavioral questions too such as questions about working with teams. I got the offer from them a couple days later but I had to decline for personal reasons. It sounds like a lengthy process but it was only about two weeks for everything. I had positive interactions with everyone I spoke with and it seemed like a good place to work.
