This company is owned by Vista Equity Partners. Any potential applicants will have to go through some hoops to get in the door. You'll take an online personality and cognitive test. The cognitive test is important. Look up what test Vista is using. Right now it's the CCAT. It's 50 questions that you have 15 minutes to answer. If you pass the test, you won't get instant feedback, a brief phone screen with HR will follow. If this goes well then you'll have to do a proctored version of the cognitive test. If you fail here or your scores are too different from the first unproctored version the process stops. I find this stupid. You could have 10+ years of experience but if under pressure you can't do the test well you won't even get an actual "real" interview. If you pass you get an in-person interview with the senior members. This is just like a typical interview. I found this to be one of the least stressful interviews I've done and enjoyed talking to everyone. Since they have multiple offices they'll have people "Skyped" in for the meeting. They mainly kept the topics on my experience and not so much doing silly coding examples or gotcha questions. After this you get a coding test. This test is to assess your ability to come up with a solution to some business example. For example, mine was to build an application/site that provided a typing test and give feedback on the user's performance. A week was given to complete this task.
