I applied online, was emailed a link for the online assessment and personality test. Test took about 30 minutes. The next day I was interviewed by a recruiter and asked some basic questions. After that, I took the proctored assessment again. About a week later, I was asked to schedule an interview with two directors. About 4 days after that I was offered the position.
