The process was lengthy often with a lot of time in between stages. I was approached on LinkedIn by a recruiter, who took two weeks to get back to me after his initial inquiry. I was then give an assessment on cognitive ability, followed by a quick phone interview with the recruiter to determine if I was even worth going looking at. Then was given another cognitive assessment, only this time it needed to be proctored, so I had to set up a time to essentially Skype with a third party company to watch me take the cognitive test to make sure I didn't cheat. Eventually I landed a phone interview with the person who would have been by boss, and it went really well. Then after a week of no contact I received a generic email where the job title was copy and pasted in with a rejection letter.
