      Answer question

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Greenway Health

      Interview

The initial review process was straightforward and professional with some mental acuity testing. The recruiter was upfront and prompt. Screening interview followed by the same mental acuity test, this time proctored by someone who clearly is plus/nonplus about his job. Interview with hiring manager who was also professional and seemed upfront about things. Seemed. Interviewer was late. Suggested that the interview process was about building a business case for the position and not an actually hiring position. Shortly after got a survey from the recruiting office, saw the job posted again, as it has been several times since then. Made a direct inquiry and heard nothing in return. So much for the let's stay in touch, you're the right candidate for the position when it get approved line.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

General training and development questions, any recent college graduate would be able to answer these well.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the hiring process. Although it doesn't sound like it was a match for the Instructional Designer role, I hope you will consider other opportunities with Greenway. Best of luck to you in your job search!
