Applied online, heard from the recruiter the following day to take an online assessment. Upon completing the assessment I was then scheduled for a phone interview with the recruiter which was very basic questions. After the phone interview I was required to confirm my assessment score by taking another assessment at their offices as well as another interview with the recruiter. The assessment is based only on the questions you get correct but you are timed so the trick is to move onto the next question quickly if you don't know the answer.
