I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Group 1 Automotive in Oct 2015
Interview
Interview was very unprofessional. The manager did not ask traditional questions or have my resume. He made small talk and he took me to fill out another application. He offered me my starting pay and then told me about the drug test and stuff. Everything took forever to come back. My hair is still messed up from the drug test.
I applied online. I interviewed at Group 1 Automotive in Nov 2021
Interview
Group 1 automotive gave a very good interview. Straight forward, and I was on boarded promptly. The interview involved the manager of the center and the general manager. They were both friendly and polite. They gave me a run down of what’s expected for the position and were honest about what they needed in entirety.
