First meeting I had an interview with admin. Then met with GM went through background process and was hired. This was a very easy process and anyone with any common sense could pass this interview process. Having hired, interviewed and fired employees in the past. They are just filing a position. The skills and the knowledge really doesn't count for much. Your appearance is what you are being graded on! They like young females that wear tight clothing that is very revealing. If your not that then the interview process will be a little harder!
