Attended the interview through referral. The interview had three rounds: 1. HR round- intro about yourself 2. Online test for about 1 hr- we need to find information about certain companies using Google. We have to be quick and be very familiar with how to do a search over the internet to get the information you require 3. Department Manager round- general questions about ourselves, why this specific job,how long you will work, how you see yourself in 2 years All the rounds were very simple and very much straight forward. The main thing here is you will be working under open contract with the company.
