Es fand ein AC statt. Was bemerkenswert ist, dass alle Manager zum AC da waren und sich auch alle vorgestellt haben. Somit hatte man den Eindruck von Wichtigkeit und Wertschätzung. Danach sollte man eine Selbstpräsentation erstellen und die Motivation zum Job aufzeigen. Aufgabe war es auch einen persönlichen Gegenstand vorzustellen und zu erklären warum Groupon es unbedingt braucht. Typisch AC halt. Wir mussten auch in Teams an Aufgaben arbeiten, welche sehr gut den Arbeitsalltag des UN widerspiegelten. Die Ergebnisse sollten dann präsentiert werden. Auch waren einige MA dann bei dem AC dabei. Schlussendlich musste jeder Bewerber noch einen Testcall machen. Alles in allem sehr spannend und gut umgesetzt. Unternehmen und Produkt wurde prima vorgestellt und das Karrieremodell auch anschaulich dargestellt.

They just asked questions over the phone. I didn't move onto the next phase of the interview. It was pretty basic and they wanted to know that you were passionate about Groupon and wanted to know that you knew what you wanted to achieve.
