Trying to arrange initial phone interview. Recruiter was clearly busy and difficult to catch, playing phone tag. Arranged a mutually agreed time for a phone interview - they didn't call as agreed. I called another 3 times, leaving a message with no response. Creates a terrible impression of their brand.
