Interview
The interviewing process was normal enough. Phone interview, face-to-face interview with HR and managers. It was after that that things got weird. I was pressured to make a decision on the offer almost immediately. Then, the role changed a month into my employment, so I was shuffled into a new role I hadn't interviewed for. Since it was a new role, I was the one who wrote the job description for those coming into the position after me even though I had yet to even figure out what exactly I needed to do. The whole thing was very quick, sloppy, and unprofessional. The HR team would make great sales people the way they pressure you and spin the truth.
