3 rounds.
GD. HR used Group discussion to sort out the candidates. Just don't be shy. It's about a single topic. Make sure that you give good 3 points
online test - typing speed and accuracy along with some grammer. Finish the test within the period with a good score
one on one: Once you are done with the above 2 rounds, you almost secured the job. This part should be fine.
The interview process is simple and they're 4 rounds as listed below;
1. GD
2. Versant test
3. Manager round (Email writing)
4. HR round (Salary discussion)
Once selected, you'll be given the offer letter and you can join.

The process was great and expectations were clearly communicated. The person that interviewed me was very energetic. They spoke to me about the history of the role and what they needed within the position.

It was easy and was able to crack it. Basic interview rounds and good company to work with. You can go for it if you are interested to work in customer service and okey with night shifts.
