Interview
I applied online, spoke with the hiring manager on the phone, and spent a day interviewing onsite. I got good feedback from the first 4 people I interviewed with in person, but the final interviewer was clearly in a bad mood and was almost hostile.
I was promised reimbursement for parking which I never received. I e-mailed twice and was told "we'll send a check right away" both times.

Increasingly complex SQL queries. Some basic probability (combinations, permutations, etc) and algorithm (e.g. given three possible operations, complete a task) questions.
