Interview

First meeting is a brief phone interview. Followed a few days later with a face to face interview with a HR rep and a manager. A computer test is used that is pretty straightforward. If you know what a mouse is and what it is used for and how to save and retrieve a doc-your are good.

I met with two team leads and their manager. I was asked questions about my work experience, and they explained what they wanted out of a coordinator and how their team worked. It was great.

Got reached out to by a recruiter and interviewed by a member of the technical staff. Interview was a standard technical interview, nothing particularly unique, one-on-one. Coding section was whiteboard coding in my language of choice, guided well by the interviewer. Standard behavioral questions about software experience and interest and knowledge of the product. Be prepared with questions at the end as well.
