Interview
I went in person to ask to speak to the hiring manager and they accepted my resume
Was later called by a manager to schedule an interview
Interview took place at the store
Received job offer over the phone
I applied during the summer (hiring season)
She did not call back after telling me she would. Asked me bunch of questions such as what is my availability and how old I am. Also the manager was not there so it was a regular employee who did the interview. Also it was only 1 minute
Group interview - initially accepted. It was seasonal and they held one job for post busy season. They didn't tell people ahead of time and eventually offered it to me, but far too late as I had to secure a job sooner
