I was asked why I wanted to work for Guidewire. They said they really wanted to understand why, out of all of the companies, I believed Guidewire was the right fit for me and that this was very important for them to understand.
The interview process is intense but they guide you through the steps. It is very obviously why they have such a lengthy interview process be/c they truly want to find the best match for the company AS WELL AS the employee.
