Interview
over the course of 3-4 weeks, 6 conversations across hiring manager, peers, technical team, culture/values and a final 3 part case study. After 10+ hours spent on the case study and interview prep, no offer, no feedback, and a canned rejection email. This is after making it to the final round (3 candidates) and being asked "would you accept an offer from us" the day after the final round. Completely unprofessional, remorseless, and waste of time. The Hiring Manager also was clearly texting/emailing/slacking during my final round interview and had to ask me to repeat questions several times... this is after I spent hours preparing for the conversation.
