I applied online. I interviewed at Gusto (Denver, CO)
Interview
It started with a phone interview, and not too long after I was sent a take home assignment. After hearing that I had been moved on to the next round, I came into the office for a site tour and 4 individual 30-minute interviews. I got a call back a few days later saying I had got the job.

Interview
Interviewed over the phone and then did an online assessment. They didn’t want me back after the assessment. I don’t think they should base someone off of that before even meeting them. The phone interview went well and the guy was personable.
