I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gusto
Interview
I had an intro call and panel interview. In total I spent 4 hours interviewing. The interviews were supposed to each have a different focus, but they were pretty repetitive. Also, once the interview process was completed they did not offer any feedback at all. If you expect potential employees to spend 4+ hours interviewing the least you could do in return is provide feedback.

Question 1
A lot of what would you do in X situation type questions. They claim to have a focus for each interview, but they we're all very similar.
It was casual but the recruiter was over zealous and all of the panel interviewers arrived late. In heneral the interviews were lackluster and gave me little insight into the role. I asked plenty of questions but some of the answers didn't address what I asked.
