I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Gusto in Jul 2024
Interview
I had a total of 6 interviews: 1 phone interview screen and 4 interviews with 4 different Executive ops ( EA's ) and 1 interview with the Sales Executive I would be supporting . The interview schedule was very detailed and the questions asked were behavioral.
I want to suggest that in future interviews, specific information that the Executive is looking for should be communicated upfront to candidates during the initial phone interview, to avoid the need for multiple rounds of interviews!
