      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at HARVEY in Mar 2026

      Interview

Initially, I talked with a recruiter who was very transparent from the beginning and really gave the impression that they were interested in me not only as a candidate, but as an individual outside of just someone to fill a role. I completed a take home assessment to give some insight into how I approached support and prioritizing issues that I thought was really well put together and not overwhelming at all. After that, I had a conversation with the hiring manager and it really was just a conversation, in the best way. Rather than asking just standard canned questions, we talked about my background and how he thought that aligned with Harvey's support organization, and not only were they incredibly personable, but it gave me a really good impression of the company. I was then invited to a series of four interviews with different teams, and while it was a good chunk of time, each conversation felt fresh and like they were genuinely curious about me as a candidate, what I brought to the table, and really gave me a chance to give well thought out answers rather than the normal situational questions and scenarios. Through the whole process, I got a really great sense of the type of people that Harvey looks for and really sold me on the company and the people.
